Mr. Marx has over 30 years of experience in real estate development in New York. He leads a management team with more than 60 years of experience. He has developed real estate worth approximately 1 Billion USD, many of which continue to be owned and managed by his various real estate entities. His real estate development projects cover a wide range of markets, including medical, assisted living, residential, educational and hospitality projects.
Edward Grunwald
Senior Vice President
Mr. Grunwald is the Senior Vice President of Atria Builders. He is an experienced construction management professional with over 30 years of experience in the U.S East Coast and Caribbean regions. Edward has held key positions in a wide range of development projects, including government, healthcare, residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, entertainment, transportation, and ancient building restoration projects. He also served as a Project Manager for the $1.4 billion dollar JFK International Airport Arrivals Building at Terminal #4 reconstruction project.
