This 8-story, 113,000 square foot commercial office building including two (2) below grade park levels, located in Brooklyn. The building is clad an energy conscious glass curtain wall system with a combination of stone and stucco systems.  Atria completed the tenant fit-outs for the long-term tenants that consists of medical offices, college educational spaces, and other community facilities. The base-building was completed in December 2012.
