The owner of this 12-story, 175-unit, 175,000 square foot apartment building, built in the 1970s hired Atria Builders General Contracting Services to renovate and upgrade 90% of the existing rental units, all the common areas and the first floor façade of building. Since the major renovation was performed while many residential units and first floor medical offices were occupied, the was sequenced in stages to minimize disruption to the tenants. The work was completed within the contractually required one (1) year period.
