This project was completed and has been a functioning 320 bed, skilled nursing home. The 200,000 square foot facility is on approximately 10 acres of property that includes its own 55,000 gallons per day sewage treatment plant. This project was designed by DSM Group and constructed Atria Builders, and is owned by The Marx Family. Completed August 2002.
