This 19-story former office building located between Park and Lexington Avenues was being renovated to accommodate 80 luxury condominium units. Amenities included a lap pool, fitness center and a children’s play area the first floor included a large lobby and retail space. Each of the units was to have high-end lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, modern appliances, and tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms. All windows were replaced and the exterior brick façade was restored. All interior demolition was completed. Atria signed a G.M.P. for the project with Morgan 32 Holdings, LLC. The project was subsequently converted to a hotel that was completed in 2015.
