The owner of this 12-story, 44-unit, 175,000 square foot luxury condominium building, located the TriBeCa area of Manhattan, hired Atria Builders Construction Management Services to over-see the complex substructure, superstructure and façade project. The façade consisted of an intricate curtain wall system as the “skin” of the poured in place concrete superstructure. The project was completed in 2014.
