The owner of this 6-story, 213-unit, 245,000 square foot luxury condominium building, located the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, hired Atria Builders Construction Management Services to over-see the pre-construction stage, foundation, & facade work. The facade was to consist of an intricate metal panel and window wall system as the “skin” of the steel frame and hollow concrete plank superstructure. The project also included the construction of a multi-story, attached, state of the art, automated parking garage. The project was completed in 2015
