This 190,000 square foot steel/pre-cast concrete plank building includes 137 middle-income apartments. The New York City Housing Development Corporation assisted with the financing of the project and was an active participant during the rent-up period. This project was designed by DSM Group and constructed by Atria Builders, and is owned by David Marx. Completed in 2002
