The owner of this 34-story, 213-unit, 116,000 square foot luxury condominium building, located the Upper East Side area of Manhattan, hired Atria Builders Construction Management Services to over-see the pre-construction and all subsequent construction stages. The façade consisted of an intricate metal panel and window wall system as the “skin” of the cast in place concrete frame and hollow concrete plank superstructure. The project was completed in 2013.
