Atria is developing, and shall be the General Contractor, for this the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) approved, skilled nursing home that will provide care for 298 residents within this new 210,000 square foot building. The new eight (8) story facility is designed using structural steel with concrete deck slabs on metal deck. The enclosure of the Building will be comprised of face brick, metal panels and stucco finish. The scope of the Project also includes a 100 car automated parking structure. The 1st Floor will house the mechanical rooms, a full kosher kitchen, laundry services, facility storage, loading dock, activity rooms as well as the physical and occupational therapy areas. The upper floors will accommodate the resident rooms with each floor providing for a dining room and resident lounge areas.

 

Funding for this Project is being provided by the U.S. Government approved EB-5 program through the Manhattan Regional Center, owned and operated by Mr. Marx.  

 

Construction is anticipated to begin during the fourth quarter of 2018.
