Atria is currently developing a new 42 story, 285,000 square foot, 440 room hotel located at the corner of 11th Ave and 37th Street, directly across the street from the Jacob Javits Center in the Hudson Yards are of Manhattan.

ALOFT has conducted its full and thorough review of the plans and has issued design approval for proceeding with their ALOFT branding. (It is important to note that the design of this particular ALOFT exceeds the design expectations of typical prototype requirements in consideration of the Hotel’s unique location however, the standard colors and amenities will be accommodated.)

 

The design calls for three (3) below grade levels slated to house mechanical space, meeting rooms and various amenities. The concrete superstructure will be enclosed by window wall and feature a “notch-out” at the 15th level that will serve as the Sky Terrace.

 The guest rooms and housekeeping will be served by seven (7) elevators.

 

Funding for this Project is being provided by the U.S. Government approved EB-5 program through the Manhattan Regional Center, owned and operated by Mr. Marx. Construction is anticipated to begin during the second quarter of 2018.
