Atria is now developing and will be the General Contractor for this new 15 story, 411,000 square foot, luxury apartment tower with 247 units in Flushing, NY. The in-house design team is presently preparing the drawings for presentation to the Zoning Board for approval.  The design calls for three (3) below grade levels slated to house vehicular parking, mechanical space, common areas and various amenities. The concrete and structural steel superstructure will be enclosed using punched windows, window wall/panel systems. The residential units will be served by two (4) elevators.

 

Construction is projected to begin during the second quarter of 2017 and be complete during the third quarter of 2019.
